Scientific proposals on the "classification of tourist expenditures" have been developed on the basis of the results of the effective use of tourist and recreational potential and the organization of services for tourists.

An initiative on the "Tourism Ring Concept" has been put forward, aimed at diversifying the central tourist region in order to fully utilize the existing tourist potential of territories, use infrastructure effectively, and develop a comprehensive system of tourist services for domestic and international tourists.

Within state scientific and technical projects, he has carried out research as a researcher, junior researcher, and senior researcher in 1 fundamental and 6 applied projects.

Activity in Training Young Researchers

Over the years, S.A. Abduxamidov has supervised the final qualification theses of more than 20 Bachelor's degree students and more than 10 Master's degree students. He is also serving as scientific supervisor for the research of 3 researchers preparing for the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Economics.
