Chancellory

In accordance with the "Regulation" approved by the rector of the institute, decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, orders of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, as well as decisions of the Board and other instructions (instruction letter, modem message and telephone message) are accepted by the head of the institute's office. Certificates on the implementation of all regulatory documents adopted by the Department's employees are sent in a timely manner by e-mail, fax of the Ministry.

Office work of the Institute is organized according to the established folders, accounting and maintenance of documents, the necessary order of their use. In addition, incoming and outgoing messages are constantly monitored. Since May 2021, the Department has been monitoring the inclusion of letters from the Ministry and other sources in the "Unified Interdepartmental Electronic System of Executive Discipline". The office of the Institute interacts with other organizations through the Internet, fax and mail.

The main tasks of the сhancellory:

Carrying out and improving office work at the institute.

Ensuring control over the execution of orders from higher organizations, the rector of the institute, citizens' appeals.

Provides access and storage of documents created in the process.

Receiving and sending letters.

Distribution of documents, statements of citizens to the management and departments of the Institute, their registration and regular monitoring of their implementation.

Providing information to the management of the Institute for office work and control over the execution of letters.

Supervise the work of the employees of the departments of the institute (laboratory assistant, secretary) and provide them with methodological and practical assistance.

Development, implementation and effective use of technical means of organizing the exchange of target documents.

Development of job descriptions for office workers and organization of their advanced training.
