Purpose of the Educational and Methodological Department
The purpose of the Educational and Methodological Department is to plan, organize, and manage the educational process of the institute, to improve educational activities, and to enhance the quality and efficiency of education.


Main Tasks of the Department

  • To organize and manage the implementation of educational programs in accordance with the current professional standards, the State Educational Standards of Higher Education, the Classifier of Higher Education Fields and Specialties (hereinafter referred to as SES), qualification requirements, curricula, syllabi, and other regulatory-methodological documents;
  • To develop curricula and syllabi, form academic schedules, organize the educational process, and ensure compliance with legislative and departmental documents related to educational management at the level of faculties, departments, divisions, and centers;
  • To plan, organize, and monitor the educational process, ensuring the integration of advanced pedagogical and innovative technologies into teaching practices;
  • To ensure that professional standards, the SES, and qualification requirements are strictly followed in the preparation of educational and methodological documents;
  • To organize and monitor activities aimed at deepening theoretical knowledge, strengthening practical and professional skills, and improving educational quality;
  • To analyze and evaluate the teaching performance and pedagogical effectiveness of faculty members, and to organize measures to enhance their professional and teaching competencies;
  • To coordinate activities related to the control and assessment of students’ knowledge;
  • To monitor the creation and regular updating of new-generation textbooks and teaching manuals, and to prepare proposals in this regard;
  • To analyze the methodological support of educational programs implemented at the institute and provide methodological assistance;
  • In cooperation with international relations departments, to develop proposals for collaboration with leading foreign higher education institutions, research centers, and international organizations to promote academic mobility of students and staff.
