SAMARKAND INSTITUTE OF ECONOMY AND SERVICE "YOUTH WORKING WITH, SPIRITUALITY AND EDUCATION" DEPARTMENT REGULATIONS

I. General rules

1.1 Department "Working with youth, spirituality and enlightenment" (hereinafter - the department) - in students the development of spiritual qualities, the idea of national independence and the ideology of independence spiritual-educational and educational training implemented in the institute in terms of formation is the Department that coordinates its activities.

1.2. Department - based on the order of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized in the institute.

1.3. Vice-rector for educational and educational affairs is responsible for the department's activities  is charged.

1.4 The activity of the Department is based on the Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Oliy Majlis and the Ministers Decisions of the Cabinet, normative documents of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education and this Performs in accordance with the regulations.

II. Goals and tasks of the department

2.1. In the institute, serving the interests of the Motherland and the State, having intellectual potential, coordination of all the activities carried out in the formation of a competent generation, implementation of direction and methodical leadership;

2.2. They help students, masters, young teachers find their place in life patriotism, loyalty to the interests of the state, based on their duties and responsibilities related to their activities in directing their mental and social capabilities to the benefit of the Motherland implementation of environment and conditions creation; 

2.3. The great historical heritage of our ancestors and the present time, with an independent outlook living on the basis of his thinking, patriotic, humanitarian, aware of his national identity, national pride and who considers being loyal to his nation as the highest duty, who appreciates such qualities as faith, kindness, purity and honesty in people and follows them in life, respect for parents, loyalty to family, broad-mindedness, justice and approval, good and bad help to form a person who can distinguish in practice; 

2.4. Extremist currents that threaten the independence of the country, to all kinds of destructive ideas formation and development of ideological immunity against psychological technologies creating and improving the system based on; 

2.5. By Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers to convey the content of the decisions made to the minds of students and professors increase; 

2.6. Periodically in order to determine the spiritual and moral level and cultural needs of students conducting sociological research and monitoring; 

2.7. Working in cooperation with law enforcement agencies to implement legal education and prevent crime; 

2.8. Students' political culture, outlook, spirituality, political maturity, moral to form their perfection and social activity, to educate them in the spirit of high love for the Motherland, people and nation, respect for national and universal values, free, spiritual and educational programs aimed at educating a perfect person who thinks independently and creatively development and implementation; 

2.9. Practice of institute managers with students living in student housing and rented accommodation organizing meetings; 

2.10. Roundtable discussions on spiritual-educational, artistic-creative topics in student residences, organization and holding of meetings, holiday parties; 

2.11. The Institute regularly publishes wall newspapers about the holidays of our Motherland and the life of students ensuring the output;

2.12. Based on the interests of the students of the institute, artistic and creative in various directions creating clubs, art and theater groups and establishing their activities; 

2.13. Various spiritual, educational and cultural events held at the republican, regional and city levels to ensure the active participation of professors and teachers and students and youth in events; 

2.14. Organization of contests, festivals, pageants and competitions on various spiritual-educational, social-political, artistic-creative, sports-health topics at the level of the institute; 

2.15. The activities of the departments responsible for the spiritual education of students at the institute coordination;

2.16. Promotion of spirituality and the idea of national independence among the students of the institute for the purpose of - creating branches under the department on topics and spiritual-educational, from introducing proposals on the directions of educational work and improving their efficiency consists of

III. Rights of the department

3.1. Faculty deans, deans in agreement with the vice-rector for education and training direct involvement of deputies and professors-teachers in spiritual-educational and educational activities; 

3.2. Spiritual and educational work carried out in faculties and departments under the authority of the institute The Scientific Council of the Institute and Social and Humanitarian Education and

providing information to Councils of spiritual and educational affairs; 

3.3. Financial assistance to underprivileged students who are in need of financial and moral support and to active members of branches under the Department. making proposals for incentives; 

3.4. Youth of the deans of the faculty regarding work with youth, spiritual and educational issues work with, direct instructions and assignments to the deputies on spiritual and educational affairs to give  

IV. Organization of the work of the department   

4.1 Collect the following documents in order to organize the work of the department in a high-quality and efficient manner It is recommended to keep a folder:

Department Regulations; 

annual work plan and programs for various activities; 

Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Higher and Secondary orders, instructions and Board decisions of the Ministry of Special Education; 

orders, instructions and decisions of the Academic Council of the Rector of the institute; 

Documents of "Spiritual Day" events; 

issued reference, recommendation and accompanying documents;

documents related to spiritual-educational and educational events and activities of branches; 

documents related to students of the institute and their composition; 

documents related to student housing and students living in rented accommodation; 

entry and exit letters, application and petition record book; 

quarterly and annual reports;

 4.2. The following relevant conditions are provided by the institute for the effective operation of the department is created:

office, cabinet and work equipment; 

computer complex;

television, audio/video equipment;

phone number (internal and external network);

sound amplification equipment and necessary musical instruments are provided.
